Refund Policy

Delivering great Products is our number one priority. If there is ever a problem we work hard and fast to resolve any issues. If we cannot fix the issue in a timely manner, we will issue a store credit to be used for one year by the customer or family member.

There is no refund on custom or pre-orders. All prescription eyewear is considered custom and will result in a store credit if found that we are in fault. (instore or online)

Pre-orders will take 7-21 days depending on product and promotion. We strive to deliver all products in a timely manner.
